Dubai tops global investment hands for fourth consecutive year Dubai has retained its position as the world's leading destination of choice for new FDI projects for the fourth consecutive year, according to FDI Markets, a division of the Financial Times. In 2024, new foreign direct investment (FDI) in Dubai reached Dh52.3 billion ($14.24 billion), up 33.2 percent from Dh39.26 billion ($10.69 billion) in 2023, the highest since 2020.
